2026 Winter Workouts

Winter workouts will be held in the Batting Cage Pavilion at the Southern Lehigh Living Memorial Park. Workouts will be available for those that are Little League age 7 through 16 (child's age on 8/31/26). Please sign up for the division that you plan on playing in for Spring 2026. There are several options for days for each division.

Please note that pavilion is not currently heated and the temperature will be similar to the outdoor temperature until heaters can be installed. The enclosure will keep out the wind, rain, and snow but it will still be cold! If temperatures are too cold, the session may be cancelled.

Workouts will occur weekly throughout January and February with the goal of completing 5-6 sessions while working around the weather. Each session will last 55 minutes and will including hitting, fielding, throwing, and running drills. Refunds will not be issued if you or your child decide that it is too cold to participate.

If you have signed up for spring baseball with Southern Lehigh Little League, please select that you have done so during the registration process to receive a discount.

Please select the session in the appropriate division that works best for your schedule. You will have the same time slot each week.
